Please read the information book carefully, even if you have been before. There are some changes that you need to be aware of and please make sure you share the information with all your adult leaders and young people.
There are a number of forms etc to complete for various thing. Most of these are online, but the following will need to be printed out and returned to us at the Leader's Meeting on the Monday evening
- Parental consent form
- Photo and Video consent form
- Code of conduct (signed by all participants)
You can also download our handy paperwork checklist to make sure you have everything in by the correct date.
You will also need to complete a Risk Assessment. A template and information is provided below. These will need to be returned to Affinity Events (address is in the information)
