The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham is looking for casual staff with a range of opportunities available. Currently they include:
❖ Casual Kitchen/Dining Room Assistants
❖ Casual Café Bar Assistants
❖ Casual Housekeepers
We seek people who are mature, hardworking, flexible team members with experience and/or enthusiasm to work within the Hospitality Industry. Applicants should be prepared to be involved in all aspects of the catering or housekeeping departments and be willing to assist other team members in their duties.
The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham is a Christian Pilgrimage Centre set in beautiful grounds offering a place of safety and peace for pilgrims to visit for the day or overnight. We have accommodation for up to 200 pilgrims where the rooms are serviced by our Housekeeping Team.
The Pilgrim Refectory serves three meals a day for our pilgrims with seating for 180 people.
Nortons Café Bar seats 50 people where pilgrims and visitors can enjoy a range of drinks, cakes and light lunches. In the evening, Norton’s becomes a bar that serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks until 11pm.
The Shrine is a friendly and enjoyable place to work, where no two days are the same.
