How To Book & Tariffs

There are various ways in which you can check our availability and book.

Speak to one of our Reservations or Reception team on 01328 820239. This option is suitable for both individual guests and pilgrimage groups.

Email us with you query at accom@olw-shrine.org.uk  This option is suitable for both individual guests and pilgrimage groups.

Once your booking is confirmed we require a non-refundable deposit of £20 for individuals.

Pilgrimage / Group booking organisers must send a £10 non-returnable deposit for each member of their group within 2 weeks of booking.

For Pilgrimage / Group bookings only - Eight weeks (60 days) prior to arrival you MUST return the list of your party together with a further £20 per person to the Reservations Department.  Failure to do this may result in us not being able to accommodate your party.  This deposit is also non-returnable.

Grants towards the cost of Pilgrimages are available from the St John’s Guild for those registered with sight impairment and their carers.  Email info@stjohnsguild.org for further details.
