Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity (The Anglican Shrine, Walsingham) from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer. In order to Gift Aid your donation you must provide your name and address on the application form, check the box Gift Aid ‘Yes’ box. Today’s date will automatically be added to the declaration.
