Youth Pilgrimage 2024

Tell Out My Soul- Singing God’s Praises

The 2024 Youth Pilgrimage once again brought young people together from all over the country for a week of lively worship, teaching, fellowship and fun for 11-18 year olds. This year’s theme was based around the Magnificat. The week long programme included daily Mass, Holy Mile Procession ending with Benediction, Evening Liturgy with Healing and Reconciliation, daily bible studies, inflatables, workshops, circus skills and much more!

The young people had the first ever opportunity as Anglicans across the world to venerate the relic of Blessed Carlos Acutis, whose life-story inspires each of us to grow closer to God, being as we are, made in His image.

Feelings of a renewed sense of purpose combined with the friendships formed and the lessons learned during the pilgrimage were invaluable. It was a truly transformative week where the young people were able to connect more deeply with their faith and renew their commitment to living and sharing the Christian faith in their daily lives.
