Visit of the Archbishop of Canterbury

On Friday 9th November 2018, The Most Revd & Rt Hon Justin Welby, accompanied by the Rt Revd Graham James, Bishop of Norwich, visited the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham.

After visiting the Holy House & Shrine Church and coffee in The Pilgrim Hall, there was a Liturgy at the Cross in the Shrine Garden. This included an address by the Archbishop, ecumenical intercessions and the hymn ‘There is a green hill far way’ sung by pupils from Walsingham and Hindringham Primary CoE Schools of the Pilgrim Federation of Schools.
